Solved: Mobile data code

I have a HTC One M8 and can’t get mobile data on it for using the internet while away from home. I have tried all the suggestions but still not managed it. Does anyone know how? I tried O2s new ANP list but doesn’t work. Thanx

Hi, whatever i tried it didn’t work, so solved it by taking the chance to buy a new phone and no problems with the new one.

What type of tariff or contract do you have?
Is mobile data enabled and do you have any mobile data to use?
The correct settings can be found here for your apn.

I am on a monthly contract with o2, wifi works at home but not when i am out, tried to connect it with the list on Geeksquad but didn’t work.

How much data per month and have you got mobile data turned on?
Do you see 3g or 4g on top of the screen?

Just tried this and not working. Think i may go into The 02 shop and ask them, may save a lot of frustration.

On the apn screen, did you tap the circle next to the O2 apn which should then turn green?
Also check settings to see if mobile data is on.
