I'm having an ongoing fault with o2 in that the mast is down!
I first reported this issue on the 5th October.
Since then, I've had further updates on ;
12th October
18th October
25th October
1st November
14th November
28th November
12th December
10th January
All these updates state that they are st ill looking into the issue and will be in touch soon. I've now been told to wait until 24th January for a further update.
I have had my airtime credited for this month however complaints are unwilling to do anything until the 24th and I've to hang off until then. So it's going to be at least another week with no service!!

No amount of complaining will get it resolved any quicker either. All you can hope for is a free contract termination so you can move provider unless you're prepared to wait it out.
Strangely though, we haven't had any others complaining of any major outages.

Keep hassling them on FB or Twitter - how long and how many people are affected usually gets their attention.

Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working
This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.
So they are well aware of the issue... just unwilling to do anything 😞

No they aren't doing nothing at all.
There is obviously an issue that isn't easy to fix. They don't just leave faults in place for no reason.

If it's a long term issue then you should really be allowed to leave your contract without penalty. Persevere with complaints. Or CEO..

The faulty mast is actually a Vodafone mast with an O2 repeater on it so O2 will be waiting for Voda to fix it anyway.
