Tranferred from virgin having ongoing issues

When I took the sim card from O2 my phone number and email were registered to O2 with an old wifi account probably Maccies. Back in the day. Ever since joining never been able to log into the MyO2 app,. tried customer services who had registered a 1 digit out email address, probably because it was easier. tried and tried to get this changed to no avail any help from anyone appreciated?

Try messaging O2 on social media.

They have a bit more knowledge than the outsourced customer service.
