A huge part of the O2 network seems to be down - who else if affected?

After about 3 hours of being in denial on twitter they now are 'currently looking into the number of similar tweets' rather than telling people to turn their phone on and off again. 

Bit of a poor show there - there was clearly a major issue and it took that long even slightly admit it.

Eventually Twitter have realised they have a problem. This has affected Tesco and Giffgaff customers as well

It's strange someone in the house is on o2 and has just had a hour long chat with someone on tesco, while I have no signal, and haven't done for about 3 hours now.

Mine didn't go off totally, I could still get messages in one part of the house, very odd.

Same here I have no service and the wife has full

Just been trying to work out why my phone had fallen off the network... we've seen this sort of nation-wide outage before. Twice, if I remember correctly. And we were promised it wouldn't happen again.

Have you tried turning it off and on?
There has been issues today

Well gg is being hit with an apparent DDOS attack! It was posted on the forum that it was going to happen, then it did!
