MSISDN code 36

I've moved from pay monthly to pay & go today & can't view the 02 App to keep an eye on my usage/bill. Message tells me 'failed to get user id, possibly due to unlinking of MSISDN (code 36). How can I remedy this?

It can take a couple of days for your nmber to reregister on the system. Don't worry it is perfectly normal.

Hi,

Try,

Logging out of the app.

Delete and re install.

If no joy and a fair amount of time for the account switch has passed then ring cs on 202 for assistance.

As jonsie says. It is because your number is changing over and the system haven't caught up yet. MSISDN is just computer speak for your phone number.

Fix.

when you get this error message , click change pin on you O2 app and then enter the credntials (username and password ) and the set a new pin and kudos it will work.

Its becuase after changing your number the system still thinks you have the old number.. Do this at least after 24-48 hours after your old number is migrated.
