Can't sign into MyPriority app on my O2 phone, on other devices or even desktop.

I keep getting the same error code when I try. I made sure to try every single way of logging in. The error code always shows after putting in my login details and verifying via phone number. 

Please help and fix the app or let me know why this is happening. It worked fine up to 6 months ago
