If you are challenging a premium number which you claim you haven't used, you need to contact O2 Customer service by phoning 202 if you are on contract...or 4445 for PAYG...

You need to check whether you have signed up to something inadvertently. Anything of this nature usually involves premium numbers...

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Forum
You can use http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk to report the premium number and chase a refund.
Also check if your mobile phone has a Call &Text Blocking facility in its settings ,and add any numbers you want to block both outgoing and incoming.
