I've lost my sim and been trying get though to 02 for weeks how else can I get one as been paying for nothing

You can either go into a Store with Photo ID, and then can sort it there an then, or call 0344 809 0202 or contact o2 via Social Media If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You need to report the loss to O2 or you will be liable for any fraudulent use.
