Hi I pay monthly and am thinking of changing my provider. Can you tell me how much notice do I have to give and also how to get my PAC code. Thanks

If still in contract then 30 days an you will need to pay off any termination fees. If on refresh the remain balance on any handset needs to be paid before you can get your PAC
