@Martin-O2Are live chat having more problems? We know they were supposed to be working again last week, but we have had numerous posts since then saying they can't get connected?

Thanks for responding, tried a number of times over the weekend and this morning (during office hours) and no sign of agent being available. Rang the call centre that were very efficient and able to resolve once i'd got through the initial screening process. Tried both IE and Chrome and chat wasn't available (checked pop up settings). Not worried about following up further as my issue is sorted, though this definately puts me off trying to use the chat option next time.
