Does anyone have a link directly to the page where you can request a PAC?

I have several numbers on my account, and my daughter would like her PAC so she can go to a new provider.  Despite two hours on hold, and a live help that told me to go to a mythical 'manage my details' tab which does not appear on the app, the website or anywhere else I can find, and finally a visit to an O2 shop which resulted the guy pretty much confirming that the company are using the Covid-19 crisis as an excuse not to run any customer service, the only advice I can find is 'call or visit my o2'.  Fine, I'm on my o2 - where is the form to request the PAC?  I think I have looked at every single page on the damn website.  I've found the 'sorry you're thinking of leaving', I've found the form to transfer a number from another account using PAC, I now know more about O2 than I ever wanted to, and I've been an O2 customer for 20 years.

I do not get much time off, my weekends are precious to me.  I have lost this entire weekend to this nonsense.  Just give me a form or a button to press that sends the PAC by SMS to the phone.  Right now I don't care if I have to answer the 'why are you leaving O2?' for the 50th time in 2 days.  I don't care if I have to give my life story and a pint of blood.

May not work if you have multiple numbers on your account Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

So calling may be the only option Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MaryNorn This is from the guide provided above by @MI5If you have multiple numbers on your account, or if you have an Apple Watch on a Pay Monthly plan, you won’t be able to use the text service. You’ll need to sign in to My O2 or give us a call to request your PAC or STAC code.

As you're having difficulty finding how to access what you need on your MyO2 page, you're going to have to run the gauntlet and call customer service again. This is advice from an O2 Guru who posts here: You need to call 202 from your mobile:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

I suggest you try calling first thing at 8 am. This will hopefully avoid a long wait on hold to talk to someone, and hopefully the customer service representative you get will know what they're doing, and get the PAC for you.

Best of luck fingers_crossed
