My bill is now overdue 2 months and due to covid I am unable to pay it all in once now. I would like to speak with o2 as they have disconnected my service but I am in a personal medical situation and I am waiting to be contacted by my gp about this matter. However I will not be able to receive any of that information. I do not have access to another phone an 02 disconnected my calls and texts a month ago and now all of my service is disconnected. I have been trying to set up a payment plan but I have no way of contacting o2 as they have no email address either. Please could anyone help?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Other customer service numbers are in the link below if you can't get through to Payment Management. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
