One very frustrated pay monthly customer here. For the last 4\5 weeks have been unable to use my Android phone at home - calls dropping & freezing. Need for business.Numerous calls to Services - new sim card provided but no change. Phone now taken to O2 shop who have accepted for repair but my old phone has same problem on O2 network so probably nothing wrong with it in first case. Querying cancelling contract but told by O2 Chat that that would be unadviseable!! At the end of conversation they advised there are issues with the signal in my area. Although no issues reported on O2 web site!!!!
Can someone please please let me know the position.
Unable to speak with 0202 Services as they are too busy to answer calls all this morning and whenever I tried to contact yesterday. Dreadful dreadful service.
