I've just joined O2 and im trying to keep my old number, I've filled in the online form with PAC Code etc it says the form has been submitted then I get an email saying it hasn't?

I have now submitted a port request for this customer, and aranged for him to move his number in from his alternative network. This is now resolved slight_smile
