Keep my number

I’m trying to keep my number. Switching from sky to o2. Filled in the form a couple of times, and got the same email with a message saying info provided for security checks is incorrect. I’ve rechecked and tried again. Same message

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
