PAC number

I can not send text INFO to 85075 or PAC to 65075 why ? Every time received message : Can not be send. I have monthly contract. This contract expired many months ago,and I have not renewed it.

Sounds like you need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
