Hi there,

I submitted the "keep my number" form a few days ago and was confirmed this would be done by the following day; after 4 days, still waiting  ....!!

Any comment would be appreciated.

@Shad Best time to contact customer service is 8-8.30am to avoid long hold times.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It's much better to call rather than rely on O2's flaky web forms. Call in the morning so it can hopefully get done before the weekend.
