Hi there,
I'm having the same issue as Ross, I've tried the Guru guide to set up MMS as I realised I didn't receive any texts about setting the phone up and it's gone through ok but the texts still aren't working. I tried to call customer service as recommended in your post but you get to the point where they'll only speak to you about fraud or a lost phone and direct you online for everything else.
Is there anything we can do?
Thanks!

Ring any number, press any option even fraud. If you get through they will deal with your calls.

Hi @jamie93
Some people are getting their texts his morning. See this thread https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android/Can-t-receive-text-messages-on-Galaxy-S20/m-p/1344182/highligh...
I expect O2 are rolling out fixes everywhere and it should be done today dependent on area.
I expect @Chris_K will confirm.
