4G & WiFi Calling

I have currently moved to o2 from 3. I an unable to turn on 4G VoLTE on from my iphone it tells me to contact o2. I have been on the o2 website and everything it is telling me to do i have done. However, nothing is working. I tried contacting o2 on 202 but with the covid situation I can’t speak to anyone.
When i use 4g voLTE off my calls keep dropping.
I am currently having to use wifi or 3G when i’m at work.
I can’t activate wifi calling either.
Im not sure what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
