Hey, I've just upgraded to a new phone and tariff, both Pay Monthly. I've been sent a new sim with the new phone - do I have to use this new sim or can I just swap my current one to my new phone??

You can carry on using your old sim. However if you have 5G in your area and your phone is 5G capable, then you can do a sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
