Is my order confirmed?

Hi, 

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus about half an hour ago and have recieved the legal documents and thank you for your order emails but haven't recieved one in regards to the dispatch which is set for delivery tomorrow.
How long does it normally take for o2 to send out the dispatch confirmation?
It is a new account and my credit score is very good so I'm just wandering if this is normal or if I should call up customer servies.

Does this mean my order has been confirmed and is just waiting to be dispatched?
Or is it still yet to pass credit checks e.t.c.?

If you've had the credit agreement then you have been accepted.

Yes I have recieved the CAA in my Legal Documents email.
I assume it's just a matter of time before they process the dispatch stuff then.
When I go into MyO2 it says "You don't have any accounts or services in this O2 account" is this normal before the order is dispatched?

I didn't get my dispatch email until around 7.30 at night day before delivery.

 Yes it's normal.  As said once the courier has picked up your device for delivery you will get the tracking details in My O2

It amazes me that O2 do not consider it an order until they confirm despatch.........even though they take your money at the point you place the order.
This is how they get around the "out of stock" situation.
