Hi,
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus about half an hour ago and have recieved the legal documents and thank you for your order emails but haven't recieved one in regards to the dispatch which is set for delivery tomorrow.
How long does it normally take for o2 to send out the dispatch confirmation?
It is a new account and my credit score is very good so I'm just wandering if this is normal or if I should call up customer servies.

Yes it's normal. As said once the courier has picked up your device for delivery you will get the tracking details in My O2
