2 attempts at pre payment for an order

So,

I have made 2 attempts at my upfront payment for an order.

One using paypal and the other using the form displayed. Both have just displayed a blank screen but took payment from my account.

 

Please refund the 2 x £20 ASAP.

o2 dont have your money, either Paypal have one and your bank will have the over on hold, Your bank will take between 24hrs and 14days to return it to you, depending on there processing timescales.. 

Paypal are a law unto themselves so you will need to wait for them to process it, best bet is to contact Paypal Support, so good luck on that one..

 

There is nothing o2 can do it speed this process up..

You need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
