Not sure if anyone can help.
I'm on pay as you go with 02, have been for 20 years. Every month without fail I pay the £10 tariff.
I topped up through the app on the 22nd November (can prove this through my bank), so it was there ready to be taken around the 30th.
I always top up the week before so I know it's getting paid.
However today, 1st December. I've been unable to call or text anyone. I did the whole phone reset and everything they normally tell you to do and I still had nothing.
So, I logged into the 02 app and to my suprise it says that I've not paid my £10 monthly tariff and that I need to make a payment in order to reactivate it..
So my question is this... why have I been made to pay TWICE ?!!
