Hi,
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus about half an hour ago and have recieved the legal documents and thank you for your order emails but haven't recieved one in regards to the dispatch which is set for delivery tomorrow.
How long does it normally take for o2 to send out the dispatch confirmation?
It is a new account and my credit score is very good so I'm just wandering if this is normal or if I should call up customer servies.

And why they would never bother with a live stock order system. I suggested this as a Community Idea at the beginning of the year (when the criteria for an idea to be considered was the number of kudos it received) Mine exceeded the number....but sadly received NO response at all from community management. O2 are obviously quite happy to take customers money, start charging them for a contract ...but have no interest in providing a speedy delivery service of goods purchased
