It's been 4 days I'm not having any network. I've tried everything (manual and automatic selection), but my phone still can't connect to o2 network. Checked my SIM but nothing. I pay my bills at the beginning of the month.

How long does it take to port my number from another network? I called O2 friday with my code and was told it would be complete by Tuesday. It still hasn't happened!

No 4g Samsung galaxy

I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus and up till a week ago I had 4g constantly but now it won't find 4g anywhere I go. I have tried turning it off and off again with internet enabled and disabled but still can't get 4g back.
