thank you - that tells me to sign up for unidays but unidays doesnt have NUS listed for me to register to it.

I'd give CS a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus as it's always worked in the past.
Maybe something has changed that we haven't been told about?

Yes taken from your guide after clicking on Student offers. I was only asking you as other aspects have changed recently and I have never had a need previously to look at Student offers.

No updates were offered regarding student discounts at the time of updating the Open aspect of it.
