If Three can let their customers know of any disturbances in their service why O2 finds it so hard? It looks like O2 holds no regard for their customers what so ever.

My last outgoing call on International Favourites was 3rd Dec, an online chat operator assured me that it would be reset, and up and running in 20 minutes without fail. An hour and a half later still no service.

why is so hard for O2 to let their customers know there are issues?
After having contacted 2 times O2 support in 2 days i am still waiting for this "service" to provide the service I paid for.
As you can see, last update is from 10-12-2015 09:21 and still not a clue on when this issue is going to be fixed.
