Can you please confirm if it is a global issue or just me?

Someone else has reported it too so I suggest you contact CS for them to investigate.

Hi @Anonymous No we are still waiting for an update on this. There has been a technical issue for a couple of days now. Hoping it will be fixed soon:smileywink:
