International Favorites not been working since 5-Dec

 

Can you please confirm if it is a global issue or just me?

Should be fixed @Anonymous...may take a little while to get to individuals. Have you tried rebooting the phone then trying again?

yes. restarted the phone, reinserted the sim after few minutes. still no joy 😞 Shall wait for a day or two. don't see any other option tbh.

Seems strange if indeed the system has been fixed. Maybe it's a problem unique to your account? I would try calling again.

customer care agent wrote "I am now escalating this issues from my end and you'll receive a call from our team and this will be sorted out by our technical team as soon as possible". no specific time given, I am just hoping it would take 1-2 days.

have been asked by customer care to wait another 24 hours till they remove and then add the international favorites bolt on to my account, to see if that makes any difference.

Fingers crossed for you mate. If you still have no luck then consider the o2 World Chat app. Works well for me when I call Thailand.
