How do I see the imei number of my phone when it’s broken and I can’t turn it in? Can anyone help?

Hi do you have the phone case which the phone was in?
Or do you have your receipt of purchase from O2 when you bought the device? If you do for any of the above it is likely to be on them

All phones have the number somewhere on the phone.

If it has a removable battery it will be on a sticker under it.

If not, pull out the SIM tray. Some are stamped on the tray and others on a piece of paper folded into the SIM slot.
