O2 Recycle during checkout issue

So I took out a 36 month device plan for a Pixel 10 Pro fold I am trading in my Z fold 7 256gb but for some reason on the order page it defaults to 512GB using the Imei I am only upgrading due to the £300 bonus 

They quoted me £821+£300 bonus for the phone which is for the 512GB model

On the o2recycle.co.uk page it offers £778 but not £300 bonus

If I send the right phone with the IMEI I entered into the website when I ordered will they honor the £821 or will they do £778.

You need to get customer services to change the details, I would ensure you have a copy of the proof of purchase 

 

 

This happens a fair bit due to misassignment of the IMEI to the model, usually by Shamsung
