My phone will not turn on. It is insured but I need my IMIE number to make a claim. How do I get the IMIE when the phone will not start?

Hi for some phone if you can remove your battery you can see the IMEI number at the back. You can look for the phone box it is probably on it. Also try looking for your invoice when you purchased the phone.

It is also in the sim tray on some phones.
