I’ve just looked at my o2 account and noticed my bill is going to be higher this month a was wondering if a could pay it off over the next 2 month as I’ve just moved and can’t afford to pay it off full in one go

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I’ve phoned the number but can’t get through to talk to someone about it just keeps hanging up
