Resolved! PAC code when you have multiple numbers

I have just got a new phone but I’m still with O2. I want to keep my old number but I dont know how to get a PAC code so I can keep my number when I have multiple numbers. I’ve tried searching my o2 but I keep getting sent round in circles.
