No Ringing when connecting to my phone

When someone phones me they don't get a ringing tone, but my phone rings normally on my side! How can I stop this happening as people are hanging up because they don't think the call is connecting.

Scam text 88101

I have just noticed I am being charged by a scam text about flights and holidays charging me £1.25 for every text coming through!! No idea why either? How do I get this money back, they text almost every 2 days!

Sim Card Not Working

My device was showing 'sim failure' this morning. I tried turning off my phone and back on again and also tried my sim in another device, which also said 'sim failure'. I am unable to call customer services, as I have no network. What should I do?
