When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@KaceyCollins You can call customer service: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support but by the time they get around to crediting your account, your next month's bill will be due, so you may as well leave it as a credit towards your next month's bill. If you want to avoid this happening again, set up a Direct Debit so you don't make errors like this. You have to pay every month come what may, so let it get paid automatically. Millions and millions of people do.

I think maybe @KaceyCollins does have a direct debit but made full payment by card as well but too near the due date to stop the direct debit taking?

I'm not sure what the point of that would be, @jonsie, but I guess it's a possibility. In any event, @KaceyCollins trying to get it refunded now would take a long time, so leaving it as a credit would still probably be the best option, don't you think?
