I’m trying to upgrade my phone but 02 can’t verify my bank details I’ve phoned them and they can’t help I’ve also phoned my bank and there’s nothing wrong with my account I’ve been trying for weeks

@rhian1 have you tried to upgrade in store as that shouldn't be a requirement there.

No there is no shop where I live I think I might go if I can’t get it sorted soon it’s very frustrating

Is you bank card not working or something else?
