I HAVE A LG GT540 I HAVE USED WIFI BUT NOT WAP I THINK BUT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR USING WAP

Sometimes your handset may disconnect from wifi and will revert to wap. Sometimes there are always apps running that require the internet, so when you are out and about, it could be doing this.
o2's billing system is pretty solid, so I'm sure you will have been used it somehow, if you don't want to use it at all, their are ways of stopping it connecting, what handset are you using?

All those apps use data. So if you have connected via the mobile network you will have been charged.
(don't forget to turn off your caps lock!)
