Hi everyone sorry to bug everyone again as just confused I'm had my last 02 phone about 7 years but I'm upgraded to new phone no new line or anything just upgrade 02 said I won't get any letters I.e bonus letter as I'm not new or term and conditions or contract as everything is emailed which I have all got but is that right ? Or do you get letters ? 
I prefer everything been emailed over to me can anyone help please x

That's not the point I was making and you know it. If you start a thread on the community and you have other questions about the same topic, it makes it much easier to follow if you keep to the one post.

There is no point asking the same questions and expecting a different answer.

You are welcome, as is every new member who posts on here.
