I need my PAYG phone to work in Spain to receive and make calls please

Hi 

last time I was in ibiza Spain my phone would not receive texts or let me recieve it make calls I need help with this pls as I’ve called customer service 4 times now and I still don’t know if it’s all set up and I leave on Thursday and I need to be able to contact my family

Download WhatsApp and use it over data and wifi to call and message anyone at home who also has WhatsApp.

This will guarantee you contact with home.
