So basically, I have a pay monthly package but it is not working for me because my data usually runs out in the first week but I usually use only about 5 percent of my call time, so is there a package in which I can reduce call time, but have more data or do I just have to pay for call time I don't even need?

Easy to do through the "Change my tariff" option in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Call time is provided virtually free now these days.
You need to choose the package that gives you your data requirements.

You need to upgrade your package. Buying extra data every month will work out more expensive long term.

@Anonymous As per the other two replies, also be aware that you cannot downgrade your package. You can only upgrade.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes, but I guarantee it will be cheaper than buying data bolt ons every month.
