Hi,
How long does it take after I received an email from Business O2 team to let me know my number has been completed ?
I spoke to different advisors and first one said 24 hours the other one said 48 hours.
I am really dissapointed and desperate to get back to be connected to service.
Is there anyone who I can speak to from migration department or technical department ?
I spent 1 hours 35 minutes on the phone to be fobbed off.
Help !

Hi,
I already have and I am giving different information each time.
Now I have been told I need to wait till Monday till I receive new SIM card !
This is bit ridiculous !

Not much happens on O2 over the weekend on the way of moving things.
Not sure why the new SIM.
