Have upgraded tariff - how long for it to transfer over?

Hello

Last Monday I upgraded my o2 phone tariff to a sim only o2 tariff.

When I log in to check the status of the order, it just says 'in progress'. I used the 'chat' on here to speak to one of the customer services people, who said 'don't worry, it will take another day or two' which was a vague response and I didn't find this too helpful or reassuring. So thought I'd ask you on here how long it should take to transfer over to my new tariff? I'm pretty sure I was told it would be 48 hours, but it's been over a week now.

Thanks in advance all.

Shazia

@ShaziaWhen I did mine to sim only it was immediate. though it can take 24-48 hrs to show in my O2.

If you are concerned ring customer services on 202 and ask them. Don't use live chat.

It certainly shouldn't take a week.

Don't worry about "order status" as the changes are all made on the o2 system.
If you check your Myo2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you should see that your tariff has changed already.

it's still got the old tarfiff details when I log into my o2... looks like I may have to give them a call. The call time wait was over15 minutes when I tried yesterday and I eventually gave up. I shall try again later today.

8.00am is the best time to call.

Best time to call is 8-8.30am. You get through far more quickly then...

Good luck wink
