Hi guys, on 12 July I phoned O2 to get a contract set up, told the boy that threw my work that I would get O2 open code and he told my that I would get 30 percent off my bill, which was around £10, so took the contract, went in to shop to get my open code set up, told to text it as would process wi then 48 hours, so done that and received a text saying it will apply till the end of my contract, so after at least 7 phone calls every 1 saying it will start at my next bill, so on Friday I phoned again and was told I was not entitled to this, I then asked for a copy of my phone calls, after a call today seems this call can longer be found, seems a shock that but anywaz, they saying I needed to be on the refresh contract, so guys need opinions as to weather I am in the wrong or should push ahead and try get my contract voided, many thanks

Good Morning Scojototo

Without evidence of what's been said and advised I'm afraid they may not do anything in your favour. I'm assuming you used the online Live Chat. You would of had the facility to mail the conversation to yourself at the time of that conversation.

They are non uk outsourced callcentres with limited capability.

You are past the cooling off period so I really do not think they will void your current running contract.

Have you thought about a refresh tariff ?

You could make your complaint official and if you want the link I can supply if for you.

No what my lawyer says anyway, if they can't supply the proof then will be a straight up void situation

Let us know what happens and the outcome when you engage your lawyers services.

You should have proof of your visit to the high-street store regarding your visit and set up procedures.

Take care.
