Hi
I cancelled my account in October via the chat, I have a reference number but this hasn't been actioned.
And I've had to pay for an extra month.
Please can someone help

Do you have a phone with another supplier?
The get a STAC code from O2 as mentioned in the guide and give it to your present supplier.
Far safer than trusting O2
