For some reason, I cannot access the bolt ons page on My02. It simply states that 'you cannot access this page right now'. It has been like this for months. This means I cannot cancel the Disney+ bolt on I have there. How can I please cancel this bolt on so I am no longer charged for Disney+ every month.
I have tried calling but there is no means by which to cancel a bolt on. I can only add bolt ons but not remove them? is that legal?
