Has O2 black-listed the term "insurance" from this forum?

I wrote a message highlighting the problems I was having with O2 premium insurance. When I tried searching for the post, I couldn't find it. In fact all searches with the term "insure" and "insurance" turn up blank even when I am staring the message in the face.

Are these terms banned from the search engine? Or am I being stupid?

Is there an official list of terms which are proscribed somewhere so we don't waste our time?

Can't be nefarious. Because "Complaint" shows up. I think it must be some wierd configuration thing...

I can confirm this does not work @Toby I said the same a couple of days ago when someone  was asking why O2 insurance cost was so high....it was mentioned that it was hard to find on here. I tried it then and got no hits at all...

Mind you ...I have to say the search box at the top right hand corner of home page has a very limited functionality in my opinion....:smileysad:

Search for insurance premium brings up 100 hits but none relating to insurance...
