Wow thanks for the hostility guys just wow
I actually got a text saying my voucher was ready and there was nothing there which seems to be the case with a few others
And as for actively asking Toby to chase the issue it was mentioned to Toby in a pm just rounding another issue and he said be would look into it for me
The others haven't Been given a £50 account credit in place of the Google play credit after it hasn't arrived after a month.

It's not hostility, it's fact, that as far as fairness goes you've been given the £50 already and have no cause for follow up of the offer appearing back in priority.
But no, feel free to call me hostile because you want £100 rewarded and not £50 like everyone else, even those that are still waiting

It just appears to be a bit of greed but good luck to you. It's the people still waiting for the voucher that will take the greatest exception to you/Toby chasing further payment.

Guys....
There is no need to make comments on others' issues here when you do not have all of the facts to consider as potential misconceptions can occur. If you have concerns such as this, please report them privately for my team to investigate.

Good news, shame there has to be problems with promotions.

I know this won't help, but just to give you some insight on some of the promotions.
I used to work with a company who had offers via O2 (and still do occasionally), the promotion in our case was done under a mutual benefit, the company would benefit from O2 advertising the offers and being in their TV adverts, etc, and in return O2 would get to provide the offer and only have to pay a smaller nominal amount to us for each promotion redeemed.
When customers had issues with redemption customers would email / call O2 to report the issue, O2 would then have to report it to us (and provide the code), we would then have to investigate and then provide an answer back to O2 and then O2 back to the customer, so it was never the quickest or easiest for the customer.
Depending on the reason for the issue in the end on occasion we just took the customers details and compensated directly. On others we would just issue a new promotion code.
So I suppose in a lot of cases it will be down to the contract between O2 and the supplier of the offer on how they agree the promotion mechanics
(and there were times when terms would change a day before the promo would start)

I think one or two people have seen the terms change just minutes AFTER a promotion has started @PhoneChanger I could be wrong but am sure this happened to @viridis
Edit...I think these were Priority offers....
