Hi
I've just upgraded my phone and part of the package was £10 Google play reward. Can anyone confirm how I receive this? My parcel arrived today and says it should have a Google play leaflet in it but it doesn't 😞 Does this mean I'm missing a code to redeem, or does it get credited via my bill? Thanks

It did...I certainly didn't realise there was all that to'ing and fro'ing between the networks and promotors. No wonder it was sometimes easier to pay the customer off . Very time consuming......:smileywink:

Nothing o2 does is ever easy, it seems !

There seems to be a problem with every promotion over the last few years. Stop the promotions and give money off the phones and make everyone happy. Yes, everyone loves something for nothing but I would prefer the product to be reduced in the first place.

Ok so just to clarify I contacted o2 complaints when the initial voucher did not arrive a lady called Karen moulds apologised and credit me £50 and told me the voucher will still come through and I can claim it

I received the text telling me to open the priority app and there was no voucher there as has been the case with other people

I was forwarding the case notes I had from the complaint to Toby anyway for his team to look at as it was a very complex case with a lot of bull muck from the webchat team and it was mentioned I had received this text but no voucher and he said he would look into it

It is not greed on my part just trying to get what I am entitled to and promised I don't believe for one second any membet on here would do anything different

Just wondering how others managed to get this resolved?

 

Ive started 4 chats and made 2 calls about this to 202 and still have received no voucher.

Others seem to have found help via customer service but both people ive spoken to dont seem to know what to do with this....

Hi Toby,

I signed up a new contract on 5 Dec and was told that I will get the Google Play vouchers after the cooling period. After a month, I have still not received anything so I spoke on web chat twice and was told to call 202. I phoned customer service 9 Jan 2016 and was told that he sent an email to get them to look into this and get back. As I have not heard anything I phoned again twice today, customer service rep suggested that I reinstall O 2 priority but nothing came through. He said he needed to fill in a form and was to wait for a few days.

I would appreciate if you could help me as was told that I was getting a text in O 2 priority but nothing.
